压铸造设备的工程设计和控制算法的研究提供理论依据,为真空差压铸造的准确实施奠定基础。
The relationship between the changes of the air receiver initial pressure and the ladle pot pressure with the bulk and initial pressure of each pot and the sectional aera of communicating pipeafter appling step signals to the valve is studied using the theory of engineering fluid mechanics.A mathematic model of the pressure changes in the casting pot is established by the analytical method,and the influence of each parameters on the pressure changes in the casting pot is analyzed.Not only providing the theory basis for the engineering design of vacuum differential pressure casting equipment ,but also laid the foundation for accurate implementation of the vacuum differential pressure casting system.
