- 通过力学性能试验及微观组织分析,研究了稀土硼复合处理对14Ni5CrMoV铸钢强韧性的影响。结果表明,14Ni5CrMoV铸钢经稀土硼复合处理后,夹杂物的形态、大小和分布得到改善,铸钢回火后可获得均匀的回火马氏体组织,碳化物弥散分布于马氏体晶内,从而提高了14Ni5CrMoV铸钢的强韧性,尤其显著地改善了钢的低温韧性。
The effects of rare earth and boron complex modification on strength and toughness of 14Ni5CrMoV cast steel were investigated by means of mechanical properties tests and microstructure analysis. The results show that the shap, size and distribution of nonmetallic inclusions of 14Ni5CrMoV cast steel are improved after complex modification. Meanwhile, homogenous tempering martensite after tempering cast steel is contained, moreover, the dispersion carbides are distributed in martensite grains. which results in improvement on the strength and toughness of the cast steel,especially prominent improvement of the impact toughness at low temperature.
