- 药型罩的质量直接决定了射流的性能,而粉末药型罩质量的好坏与铸造工艺有着密切的关系。本文通过对钨铜粉末药型罩静破甲试验的设计和分析,得出改变药型罩中钨、铜粉粒的大小和形状,可以改变药型罩在铸造过程中的密实性、颗粒级配、流动性、压缩性和成形性,进而影响射流的性能。
The quality of shaped charge liner determines the performance of jet directly, and the quality of powder shaped charge liners and the foundry technology have a close relationship. This paper is to obtain changing powder particle size and shape of tungsten and copper in powder liners can change its density, particle arrangement, mobility, compressibility and formability in the process of foundry, and then affecting the performance of jet by designing and analyzing the ballistic test of tungsten-copper powder liners.
